Expensive, but first class service with excellent customer communication

They got me in for a service on short notice, and my car was finished earlier than promised. After the service they gave me a very detailed and thorough explanation of what was done, the condition of my car and also offered an estimate for when additional service or repairs might be due. The people at Swedish Automotive really know the meaning of good, friendly service.

Bad times for my 98 Subaru Legacy, however the team over at Swedish was up front and honest about where things were headed and what the costs would be. This saved me money as it was no longer worth it to me to go ahead with repairs, and the team stopped to contact me once they realized where things were headed. This was my Subaru's second and unfortunately final trip to Swedish, and the service was excellent both times.

Great customer service. Car is available to pick up after hours if you work late. They will shuttle you back home if you need a ride and very knowledgeable about my Subaru.

I found the staff at Swedish Auto to be very professional and honest. They kept me informed every step of the way with the details of my Volvo repairs. The use of a loaner car was a huge plus as I live downtown Seattle! Very friendly service. It’s great to know I’m back to driving a safe older Volvo.
