This is the first time they've worked on my car, and I'm very pleased with the experience. Their communication is on point, they identified a couple things with my car that I wasn't aware of, and their system allowed me to easily approve/decline their suggestions online. An added bonus was meeting their office dog, Chinook! I expect that I'll be a long-term customer based off this first experience.

As usual, excellent service and attention to my problem with my car. All is well.

These folks are awesome. Honest, straightforward, easy to communicate with, helpful every step of the way. Also, as a person who works long days, it was a game-changer to not try to figure out how to get back to West Sea to get my car by 6pm or something -- night pickup is easy and so helpful. Aces across the board.

We came in with a list of vague symptoms. They diagnosed the issues and fixed them quickly and professionally. Can't think of a better recommendation.

Sean and associates were very courteous and helpful! Not only did I need to know exactly how they’d come up with the diagnoses, etc., they had to explain everything five times because I’m a simpleton when it comes to vehicle repairs. And they didn't seem the least bit irritated by it! Highly recommend!
