Found the Swedes to be very professional and courteous. Diagnosed and fixed the one l leak on our 25 year old 9-3. Also disabled our alarm system which has been going off for no reason a lot lately. It's never certain we won't cross the point where the car will cost more to fix than it's worth. The Swedes were very cognizant of this and worked with us to keep the bill low. I tried to give 5 stars but on my phone it would only go up to 4.

I know that when I leave my Volvo with the team at Swedish Automotive it will be well taken care of. I'm in along term relationship with my car and SA makes sure that relationship is going to last.

I brought my car in for a strange noise and had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent about the costs, and kept me updated throughout the process. They fixed the problem and also took care of some routine maintenance in a very timely manner. It’s rare to find a shop that combines such high-quality technical work with great customer service. I also appreciated the handwritten thank you card, and Swedish fish treat waiting for me on my dash when I went to pick my car up! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future repairs.
