Love the service we get from Swedish Automotive...

After reading the excellent reviews, I decided to take my BMW in for service here. I was happy to find a local shop, with high reviews, to service my car. Swedish lived up to their reviews. Excellent service. From Sean the service advisor who greets you at drop off, to the stellar way they communicate with you online during the actual service. They update you, and you can follow progress via text. Theyre careful to ask for approvals before any essential additional repairs are done. Certainly not the cheapest price, but value is there because they provide dealership level mechanics and service at a lower cost. As far as mechanic shops go, Id say theyre a notch above excellent. I was impressed.

Great experience! I went in for an emergency repair and they were super helpful about diagnosing the issue, walking me there the steps, explaining the pricing and process of labor and recommending options for good, better, best price points. Highly recommended.

Just took my car in to Swedish for the first time and it was a great experience. They did a full inspection and oil change, but didn’t try to upsell me on maintenance I didn’t need. They were prompt and easy to work with.

They do very good work and while they are less than the dealer, they are definitely on the high end price wise, especially for minor items.

Excellent communication and workmanship. Vehicle was returned clean and tidy.
