I highly recommend Swedish Automotive! Everyone that works there is very nice. They always exceed my expectations whenever I’ve needed to bring my car(s) in. I trust their integrity, quality of services provided and transparancy in communication. The prices are reasonable as well. They’re the BEST!

Easy drop off and pickup with secure key drop and retrieval during off hours. Text communication and voice phone calls were clear, polite and honest. They don't try to upsell you, they give you the details to make a decision. To top it off, they washed and vacuumed the car too, something totally unexpected but very nice indeed. I'll be going back for sure.

I just recently had my Subaru Legacy serviced at Swedish for the first time. I asked for a 90K checkup but they were so honest in their assessment I only needed an oil change! Granted, I have a K&N engine filter and did the cabin air filter myself recently, but I was expecting more (surely they’d find SOMETHING to fix). Nope, they recommended a few things or later this year or in 10-15K miles but for now the car looked in good shape. I was ready to shell out more money, but the damage was minimal.

Great experience & wonderful staff. They were able to get my car in for an oil change within one day of calling & gave me a ride to and from the water taxi to get to work.

Very professional. Brought a used car in for an inspection and was happy with the list of priorities that they provided. The run-down felt thorough and I feel like I got my monies worth from the inspection.

My car runs great. I don't have to explain what might be wrong, although they listen if I try. They have this great sheet at the back of the receipt that lists what they checked. It's color coded for how good or bad the condition was and says what they did to fix it. Not only can I see what they did, but I can anticipate what will be coming soon (brake fluid flush in my case). They gave a me a loaner car without any hassle. They washed and vacuumed my car. I wish I could take my bicycle to them.
