I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for diagnosis. A very sweet shop dog greeted me on arrival. They loaned me a rental car I could use until my car was ready. Later that day they called to let me know they could not diagnosis the problem and recommended I take it to the dealer where it was still under an extended warranty for the particular issue. They did not charge me for the full inspection and diagnosis or the rental car. They even vacuumed the inside of my Subaru. Before leaving they gave me a print out of the extended dealer warranty information and a report of my car inspection so I knew what work needed to be done by the dealer. I would take my car there again and was really impressed with the exceptional customer service and communication. I was treated with respect, kindness, and care.
