Swedish Auto keeps my 2004 Mini Cooper running like new!

My Saab had a couple of complicated issues. The technician worked on discovering the causes which required a number of hours to deduce. When my vehicle was returned to me all but one of the issues was resolved and a reasonable plan was discussed and defined for the remaining concern. I felt that my concerns were listened to and responded to appropriately. Payment was done fairly and explanations for what problems were discovered and completed were rational and explained clearly. My Saab was also returned to me in a clean condition interiorly and exteriorly. Thank you.

These guys always do great work, talk respectfully (no talking down) and don't try to talk me into things I don't need! If there's ever anything that isn't quite right, they go out of their way to make it so!

I recently bought wheels for the snow tires I bought last year(another story--Thank you Sean M for finding me the last set of Blizzaks in town last winter!). Swedish Automotive was so accommodating and helpful in my search for the proper wheels and bringing the tires out of storage at their building and then putting them back after I got the wheels and had my tires mounted. Unfortunately, the business who sold me the wheels did not include a socket needed to change the lug nuts on the new wheels, so on the day I was having them put on my car, Sean M drove all the way to Burien to retrieve the proper part so I could get my snow tires mounted. I should mention that this was on the day before Thanksgiving so it was a very busy day at Swedish but this was all resolved in stride. Thank you Swedish Automotive for taking care of me for decades!
