I went to Swedish Auto for the first time this year for my Audi. Literally every single bit of this process was perfect. I was having some immediate trouble, they got me in right away. When they realized the problem was larger than originally anticipated, they got me a loaner for same day pick up. Throughout the process, there was constant and thorough communication. Sean was very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. I have always gone to the Audi dealership for my car, now I'll be going back to Swedish Auto every time. There is one thing they do need to change... no more Halloween candy at the front desk. It's way too tempting.

Swedish Auto is great! They are very friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with a previous mechanic that did a hack job on my car and Swedish Auto was incredibly patient throughout the ordeal. I will be a returning customer for sure.
