I would not take my car to any other place. I really like that you can schedule an appointment online, receive text updates, and a full repair report with pictures to your e-mail.

They were courteous, professional and totally accommodating. I thought I was going to be stranded and they quickly responded to my situation in a helpful and empathetic way. My 2017 died in an intersection in west seattle on a Sunday. I had it towed to Swedish and left keys in their overnight box and a voicemail. The team there got my car in as fast as they could, were beyond detailed with their repair and communications. They provided me a loaner car which saved me a ton of time and $ vs renting from a car firm. Working with Sean was such a pleasant and professional experience. The car issue turned out to be related to an error made during an oil change 2 days prior at a jiffy lube. Swedish prepared the details needed to assist with the claim. Cannot recommend Swedish enough!
