Instead of claiming to have found faulty parts, Sean and his team did their due diligence with a 90 minute inspection to find any other underlying cause. Technicians were able to identify problem with power steering. And make necessary repairs. Work was completed on time and explained in detail. A loaner car was provided. Very pleased with the work. And care with regard to COVID-19 was appreciated.

I am always comfortable that I have been given the information I need to make a decision of what needs to be done now to my 2005 Volvo and what can be put off . I never feel pushed into anything or talked down to. These are good folks who do good work.
