Good, friendly, competent people listened to my concerns, made a comprehensive inspection of my 2012 Outback, and compiled a prioritized list of everything that needs or will need to be done. They took care of my immediate issues and I will definitely be back to them when I am ready to have more done.

I can’t say enough good stuff about Swedish Automotive European Vehicle Maintenance & Repair in West Seattle.... they completed the A service on my 2016 Mercedes Metris passenger van super quick, hours ahead of schedule, were VERY thorough and identified a problem left over from the previous owner (but one i can fix myself so no pressure). Their covid protocols good, masks, sanitizer, the whole works. They are super super nice people, zero, I MEAN ZERO condescension or attempts to upsell or overcharge (as a woman this was ...just such a delight). They explained clearly where my brakes and tires were with regards to wear, in a way that felt super legit and honest and allows me to make knowledgable decisions with confidence. And the mechanic who did the service, a woman! They also support the local vocational school. I just love that. Cost for A service complete with getting rid of the little reminder: $156.00. (My metris is well out of warranty so i didn’t feel that dealer prices were necessary)

I have had my 2008 Saab Turbo X maintained at Swedish Automotive for 10 years and will not have anyone else work on my vehicle except for Swedish Automotive. They are professional and I trust them.

I couldn’t figure out why ALL of my control panel lights started flashing at once. The Subaru shop could only get me in after 30 days and I find it hard to trust them. They keep my car for a week and then forget to do all maintenance required. I tried this shop in desperation ( and saw many great reviews) . They checked my car in same day of call. Communicated clearly during the whole process and accomplished the difficult job of figuring out which wires mice has eaten. Yes, mice. Who knew? I was able to pick up my car the next day, given the extent of the damage and yuck Factor, the bill was fair. Highly recommend. I will never take my car anywhere else.

One of the best European Service shops I've ever been to. They were very thorough going over inspection of the strut issue. Instead of claiming to have found faulty parts, Sean and his team did their due diligence with a 90 minute inspection to find any other underlying cause.
