I've been taking my 2013 Volvo C30 to Swedish Automotive since I first purchased my car. Always professional and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. I would not take my car to any other place. I really like that you can schedule an appointment online, receive text updates, and a full repair report with pictures to your e-mail.

I got a flat tire and even though I didn’t have an appointment & had never used their services before, the coworkers at Swedish automotive were amazing. They were courteous, professional and totally accommodating. I thought I was going to be stranded and they quickly responded to my situation in a helpful and empathetic way. I would highly recommend this business and will seek them out in the future.

My 2017 died in an intersection in west seattle on a Sunday. I had it towed to Swedish and left keys in their overnight box and a voicemail. The team there got my car in as fast as they could, were beyond detailed with their repair and communications. They provided me a loaner car which saved me a ton of time and $ vs renting from a car firm. Working with Sean was such a pleasant and professional experience. The car issue turned out to be related to an error made during an oil change 2 days prior at a jiffy lube. Swedish prepared the details needed to assist with the claim. Cannot recommend Swedish enough!

I moved to West Seattle in February 2020 and was looking for somewhere to have my Subaru Forrester checked. I found Swedish Automotive and after reading several positive reviews went there. I am so glad I did and can also that I had Sean D.(as he is known) to deal with me. After talking with him about my car, I felt confident that he had my best interest at heart, explaining about the problem that needed to be dealt with now and a couple that could be dealt with later on. I mean, how honest is that!! I just had work done at Swedish Automotive and it was such a good feeling to have Sean D. deal with everything, knowing that I, and my Subaru were in good hands. My daughter is now going to take her car there.
