My 2017 died in an intersection in west seattle on a Sunday. I had it towed to Swedish and left keys in their overnight box and a voicemail. The team there got my car in as fast as they could, were beyond detailed with their repair and communications. They provided me a loaner car which saved me a ton of time and $ vs renting from a car firm. Working with Sean was such a pleasant and professional experience. The car issue turned out to be related to an error made during an oil change 2 days prior at a jiffy lube. Swedish prepared the details needed to assist with the claim. Cannot recommend Swedish enough!

I moved to West Seattle in February 2020 and was looking for somewhere to have my Subaru Forrester checked. I found Swedish Automotive and after reading several positive reviews went there. I am so glad I did and can also that I had Sean D.(as he is known) to deal with me. After talking with him about my car, I felt confident that he had my best interest at heart, explaining about the problem that needed to be dealt with now and a couple that could be dealt with later on. I mean, how honest is that!! I just had work done at Swedish Automotive and it was such a good feeling to have Sean D. deal with everything, knowing that I, and my Subaru were in good hands. My daughter is now going to take her car there.

Staff was professional and easy to talk to. They let me know what was going on in a no pressure way and I ended up getting new tires.

This is hand's down the best auto repair and service business I've worked with. Chris does a phenomenal job working on my vehicle. My vehicle is pretty rare these days so their parts team even joined various owners forums to help track down a few parts. They will be my go-to repair and service business for the foreseeable future.
