They may be a bit more costly but everything is done right and I have confidence that there will not be issues. The oil change also includes a great inspection. Also, the online estimates and approval process is great.

I came for rear break pad replacement. Sean was attentive to the needs and explained the process in detail. Good communication along the way. The job got done faster than the estimated time. Great job!

The staff here are top notch! They are friendly, understanding and so, so kind! I own a Subaru, which I bought from Carter in Shoreline in '09. When I had a major engine leak a few years ago my tech at Carter actually suggest them to me as they are closer to home and all around amazing. He didn't want me to, with the leak, drive all the way to Shoreline, just in case. (shoutout to Carter Subaru staff) I always feel well taken care of at Swedish/European Auto! They are such an important member of our West Seattle community! I am a true fan! Will be seeing them in October for my pre-Fall/Winter checkup!
