My beloved 2002 Saab 9-3 had a mysterious brake fluid leak. I took it to Swedish Automotive, where the source of the leak was correctly diagnosed by the mechanic. A replacement part that was essential for the repair was sent from the East coast, and the problem leak was resolved. During this time we had Christmas, snow, ice, unusually low temperatures, and Covid-19. Throughout I was kept informed, in the loop, and up to date on the progress. Great communication! Always responsive to my questions. And very fine automotive work.
