Good communication re issues that were resolved

Had a great first time experience with the team at Swedish. Brought my car in for what I thought would need a complete diagnostic but came away with great advice to only run a routine oil change which took care of the problems I was having with the car. Well handled and they didn't try to sell me something that wasn't 100% necessary. Will definitely use them in the future.

Very happy that Swedish Automotive is now servicing German makes as well. Todd/Sean and staff are thorough with diagnosing and have put my car back in working order so quickly. These guys are great. My car runs like new so thanks A LOT!

I brought my vw Tiguan with an impossible lach problem but the guys at Swedish took care of it with least damage possible so I'm very satisfied with their work!!

My 17 year old daughters car needed suspension work. My favorite part is that the technician explained to her what was wrong and how the problem was fixed and what to look for in the future. Really great service! I can’t recommend a better service!

I truly appreciate how courteous and communicative your employees are with me. Sean knows I want to sell my car and didn’t want to pour more money into it, but the repair was necessary and parts hard to procure in this environment. He and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND in locating the parts, staying within budget, keeping me informed, AND arranging for a loaner car for me. Was that all? NO! They ALSao fixed my side mirror which had been sideswiped: I love these guys, and will always take my car back for servicing AND recommend them to everyone in need.
