My daughter and I were planning to go to Victoria Canada for Christmas but wanted to be sure if it would be ok to drive my 2001 Subaru Forrester .Thank you Sean for somehow fitting me in, and told me what was needed to be done before we could travel. Thankfully parts arrived in time, work done in time for us to leave as planned. For us to travel with peace of mind is priceless. I had a great experience. Excellent customer service, easy to talk to and they understood my concerns. I think great length of time to make numerous repairs and reasonable price. I recently moved to West Seattle and was reading reviews about Swedish Automotive. When my BMW needed an oil change, I decided to give them a try. My first impression about how they operate their business was great and continues to be great! They respond quickly to making an appointment, check-in is easy and team is professional. The oil change went well! Skip forward a month or so and I had a coolant leak. I did not hesitate to call. They were able to get parts quickly and fixed my car for a reasonable price. If I need any work done in the future, I will call Swedish Automotive! I highly recommend them and so happy they are in my neighborhood! Definitely 5 stars!
