These folks are awesome. Honest, straightforward, easy to communicate with, helpful every step of the way. Also, as a person who works long days, it was a game-changer to not try to figure out how to get back to West Sea to get my car by 6pm or something -- night pickup is easy and so helpful. Aces across the board.

Sean and associates were very courteous and helpful! Not only did I need to know exactly how they’d come up with the diagnoses, etc., they had to explain everything five times because I’m a simpleton when it comes to vehicle repairs. I completely trust my soon-to-be 20 year old Saab with the folks at West Seattle's Swedish Automotive. Their maintenance and repair work is top quality. They fully explain beforehand the work to be done, itemizing labor and parts costs. They get owner approval in advance. They can provide a loaner car if needed. Look for $$$-off-labor coupons on their website.
