To preface my comments, please understand I’ve just retired my business which provided a high-level of customer service, Pleasure Craft service management. The work was completed as requested, the towing were observed by me while working with your team -the office was very quiet and the office personnel we professional but I felt unwelcome, the only conversation I had was to upsell the service. -While in the office it seems a unauthorized car parked in your lot, the first set of words out of one of the two working in the office “tow it” cooler heads suggested putting a note on the car -I receive a text that my vehicle was completed, a 25 minute walk to the shop but had to wait “service tech still processing the car” -opened the hood to inspect work completed, found oil not wiped off upper engine cover components. Maybe 5 drops at best but still oil was there and I cleaned it. Perhaps I’m overly critical, and over the past 15+ years I’ve had positive and negative experiences with the shop…. I keep returning to give you another shot. All 3 of our Volvos are in need of service in the next couple of weeks…Because of this last experience I’ve scheduled a service on our 2015 XC70 with believe Volvo.
