Top notch service and support. I brought in what I assumed would be a wallet-annihilating repair on a Land Rover and was pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case! Prices were reasonable and the customer service rep I worked with was fantastic. They even made a happy customer of my 2yr old, who received a hot-wheels car while we signed paperwork. Also I have to compliment the invoicing system, which was easy to use, detailed with photos, and had a great mobile UI, allowing me to quickly review and approve of the work.

I brought my car in for diagnostic testing because the general warning light was fiashing on periodically. I was expecting bad news, as its an older car with lots of mileage under its belt. But, I was very pleasantly surprised to get the diagnosis: the oil level was ominously low, which somehow managed to NOT activate the low oil warning light. The problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly and efficiently. Great news! The mechanics even noticed one of my tires looked a little flat, checked it out, and found a tear in the sidewall. So Im back on the road now with a new tire and a much happier engine,, thanks to the great work by everyone at the shop. Special thanks to Taylor for his politeness, professionalism and great communication as the work on my car progressed. Keep up the great work!
