The mechanics and the owner here are very honest. They were so nice to talk to and communicated clearly with me. I was able to understand what work needed to be done immediately vs what could wait. They sent me a clear statement online of what work was needed and how much it costed. Your car will be in good hands and get done way faster than some of these other shops right now. Good people with knowledge and expertise to fix Audi’s and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this shop!

I brought my 21 year old Mercedes in to repair an oil leak and a rattle. In the process of diagnosing and making the repairs, several other problems were discovered including a failing water pump. I liked the way the folks at Swedish prioritize the work enabling me to determine which repairs were immediate and which could wait.
