Used the certified BMW mechanic to resolve an engine light problem. Got service scheduled within a few days of call. They had diagnosis done quickly and sent work order out with pictures for approval. Work was done as promised and car was clean upon finished work. Despite the BMW part costs typically higher than most brands, I got a well serviced car back and is running beautifully again. Thanks for the great job. Took my 2016 BMW X1 for the first time last week to have the oil changed and brakes checked. Ended up needing the brake pads and rotors replaced. Cost was reasonable and explanation/communication was great. I really like that they send a digital link with the break down of work recommended with all the costs itemized as well. I'm planning to bring my car back again for my next servicing.
