I was fortunate enough to purchase my first Volvo a couple years ago. It's a 2017 XC60. European Auto cares for it like it's their own. They have a double check system and the owner himself verifies every car going out the door. Their prices are fair and very clear on what they're charging before.

Great customer service from Sean. Always clear and timely communication about diagnostics, probable fixes and updates about status. Loaner car was also very helpful in alleviating stress of having no car for over a week.

Excellent in every way..

I hate auto repairs and the hassle that goes along with it. having said that, since working with the amazing team at Swedish my attitude and faith has changed. These are pros who are not just looking to expand the invoice, they are problem-solvers and great communicators. I have faced several daunting repairs and each time I have worked with Sean he has been very reassuring, diving a bit deeper to identify ways to address the issue at a customer-friendly level. I would say go ahead and keep fearing repair etc. or find your way to West Seattle and give this group a shot.
