This is the best kind of specialty service available. I have a couple examples. First off to say that the service is very accommodating and very unrushed. They seem to be very well staffed and there is plenty of time to be clear about what you want to talk about. Very friendly and professional. For example, I came in for wiper blades and ended up having my wipers adjusted with a special tool to optimize the angle. Parts and service protocols are to the highest level, always using the best parts. For example, I called multiple other Volvo shops to see if they could use Volvo heater hoses. No shop except Swedish Automotive could order them - Swedish Automotive had them in stock. I have a 1987 Volvo 240. These guys are experts. I was advised to adjust the valves - I didn't hear that from the last Volvo specialty shop I went to. I had it done the same day. Other shops were scheduling for weeks out. In particular, I found Dave Winters to be incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough in meeting my needs, giving me much invaluable information about my car, and overall being easy and pleasantto deal with. The last way they were helpful for me was actually shipping that Volvo heater hose to me while I am on the road! I am naturally compelled to leave this review since the service has been nothing short of exceptional.
